Lead-free soldering machine of Daitoku Tech is controls the consumption of
the electric power,
and the latest machine also in the environment designed easily valuing
the easiness of maintenance.


Features of Lead-free soldering

■The erosion is controlled with the solder pot of the cast iron and ceramic coating,
  and solder dross is suppressed to the minimum.

■7inch TFT touch panel is adopted.
 @The soldering condition can be registered by 100 files
 AThe height of the solder wave can be adjusted while confirming the operation panel.
 BIt displays it by as much as 100 production data, if the printer is connected,
   the print out is also possible.
 CPC communication
 DAn abnormal detailed content and an abnormal record are displayed.

■The top and bottom of the solder pot and drawing out adopt
  the warm mechanism method, and aim at the improvement of maintenance.

■The pre-heater facilitates the maintenance work by the front drawing out type.

■The solder wave nozzle can adjust the flow velocity of solder, the dipping time, and
  the peel back point. Therefore, it is possible to correspond
  to diverse-types-and-small-quantity production.

■The conveyer finger is a steady design that can correspond to many kinds of PWBs, and
  the adhesion of solder is reduced.

CHASSIS


1. Machine cabinet frame consists of steel angle and channel members.

2. Painted sheet metal panels provide complete process enclosure.
  Easy Operator and maintenance access to machine interior via:
  Lifting front windows (Acrylic Viewing window),
  removable full height rear panels and lower front panels.

3. Two 200mm exhaust ports. One exhaust port is mounted over the solder pot.

4. Exhaust Air Requirement: Approximately 25m3.

5. Adjustable leveling support legs and machine-positioning rollers are standard.

CONVEYOR

1 Pallet-less titanium lug finger conveyor.

2. Variable speed range: 0.7-1.8 Meter/Min. Inverter Control.

3. Conveyor Motor: 200V, 3ph, 90W.

4. Conveyor Speed Control: Remote control from main control panel.

5. Adjustable width mechanism: Variable width: 60 mm - 350 mm (fixed at one side).
  Manual adjustment by handle.

6. Conveyor Angle: Factory preset angle 5 degree (adjustable between 4 to 6 degree).


Pre-Heater Units

1. Three (3) Radiant preheat sections. W-Shaped heater elements x total 9 pcs.

2. Reflector trays may easily be removed for maintenance
  Pre-heaters are stainless steel IR heater tubes mounted in stainless
  steel reflector trays.

4. Each pre-heater has separate digital temperature control (PID) feedback system using
  K type thermocouples.

COOLING SECTION

Separate muffin type cooling fans with external fresh air intake tube...

  from top of the PC Board.

FINGER CLEANER

1. Finger cleaner with nylon brushes, pump, drain tubing, and detergent reservoir.

3. Cleaning Method: Wet, Liquid Circulation and mechanical nylon brush scrubbing.

4. Operation: Synchonized with min conveyor system. (Individual operation
  switch is located on main control panel)

  machine cabinet with adjustable mounting arm.

3. Relay Controller Box: Circuit Protection Breaker, Magnet Relay,
  Programmable Controller, Invertors and other electrical components

4. Emergency Stop: Mounted on Entrance and Exit side of the machine cabinet.
